Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Costs

- We shipped the wrong product
For eligible cases, ZenShopUSA will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages sent without tracking.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item in accordance with this policy. To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from the approval date:
