We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden shipping fees or additional delivery charges during checkout unless otherwise stated.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is: United States: 5–8 Business Days
Please note that delivery estimates are based on business days only and do not include weekends or public holidays.
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
Depending on your shipping address and package size, orders may be delivered through one of our trusted shipping partners, including:

Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after the shipping label has been created. You can track your shipment using the carrier's official tracking system.
Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address. ZenShopUSA is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages

Delivered but Not Received
If the carrier marks your package as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it:
- Check around your property.
- Ask household members or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
- Contact our customer support team for further assistance.
- Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package
- Photos of the damaged product
We will review your request and assist you as soon as possible.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
